The suspect then doused the property with accelerants before igniting it, sustaining serious burns in the process. Police have since recovered the Mercedes, which had cloned plates. The suspect is described as being approximately 175cm tall with an olive complexion. Investigators believe he would have required immediate medical treatment for serious burns.
