Harimau Malaya Bolsters Squad with Four New Heritage Players

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – June 4, 2025 – The Malaysian national football team, Harimau Malaya, has received a significant boost ahead of their upcoming Asian Cup qualifier against Vietnam. Four new heritage players have been added to the squad, strengthening their chances in the crucial match. The Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) announced the additions on Wednesday. These players include Rodrigo Olmedo from Colombia, John Irazova from Azerbaijan, Manuel Machuca from Argentina, and Jual Figueredo from Turkey.
