Five Family Members Killed in Jerantut Accident A tragic road accident in Jerantut, Pahang, Malaysia, claimed the lives of five family members on June 7, 2025. The accident occurred when a Perodua Bezza, carrying the family, reportedly made a U-turn and collided head-on with a Toyota Alphard. "The Bezza made a U-turn at the intersection in a sudden manner," stated Jerantut District Police Chief Superintendent Zulkifli Mohamad. The impact of the collision was severe, resulting in the immediate deaths of all five occupants of the Perodua Bezza. The driver of the Toyota Alphard, a 37-year-old man, and two passengers, including a Thai national, also sustained injuries. The family in the Perodua Bezza was traveling from Maran to Jerantut at the time of the accident. The case is currently under investigation under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
