Neighbors reported seeing humane officers removing animals from a house, describing the scene as "horrendous." Bucks County SPCA Chief Humane Officer Nikki Thompson explained that the woman responsible claimed she was trying to rescue and rehome the animals. However, Thompson added, "It was just too much for one person to handle." All animals showed signs of neglect and medical issues. Charges are pending against the homeowner, and authorities are also seeking to prevent her from owning animals in the future.
