
Lukashenko Thanks Vietnam for "Timely" Visit, Announces Future Cooperation Plans
MINSK, BELARUS – Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko expressed his gratitude to the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam for their recent visit to Belarus. During an official meeting, Lukashenko highlighted the importance of the visit, stating, "This visit was very important and timely for us." The meeting included discussions on various aspects of bilateral cooperation. Lukashenko also announced plans for a series of upcoming bilateral meetings between Belarusian and Vietnamese ministries, focused on implementing previously agreed-upon projects. A long-term plan for cooperation, spanning three years or more, is also in the works.
