Deadly San Diego Plane Crash: Music Agent Among Victims
A small private jet crashed in a San Diego neighborhood early Thursday morning, killing at least two people, including the co-founder of a music talent agency. The fiery crash, which occurred seconds before landing at about 3:45 a.m., spewed jet fuel and started a large fire that damaged several buildings and multiple cars. Gilbert Gonzalez, a San Diego resident, described witnessing the chaos and helping rescue children from a nearby home. "There was a kid getting brought over the fence...it was handed down to me," he recounted. The plane, a Cessna 550, had taken off from Teterboro, New Jersey, and stopped for fuel in Wichita, Kansas, before attempting to land in San Diego. Air traffic control warned of low visibility due to dense fog. The NTSB is investigating the cause of the crash. Despite the tragedy, the video also highlights the resilience of the community and the heroic actions of those who helped in the aftermath.
