Dramatic Tornado Footage Shows Florida Home Lifted, Midwest and Southeast Face Severe Storms
Severe storms and a series of tornadoes swept across the Midwest and Southeast United States overnight, causing significant damage and widespread disruption. At least a dozen tornadoes were reported, stretching from Florida to Minnesota. In Largo, Florida, a Ring camera captured a harrowing moment as a tornado lifted a mobile home, suspending it on its side for 15 seconds before it crashed back to the ground. A 76-year-old woman was inside the residence at the time of the incident. Her daughter reported that her mother was "thrown around and beat up pretty bad" but is fortunately okay. Further reports indicate extensive damage to other homes and properties. Debris was seen flying through the air, with large pieces landing in parking lots. One tornado directly impacted the city of Hartland, Minnesota, while others were observed tearing across open fields. Authorities are continuing to assess the full extent of the damage and any potential injuries across the affected regions.
