Attorney General Pam Bondi Declares End to 'Rogue Judges' Blocking Trump Policies After Supreme Court Rulings
WASHINGTON D.C. – Attorney General Pam Bondi addressed the nation from the White House today, following significant rulings from the U.S. Supreme Court. Bondi asserted that the era of "rogue judges striking down President Trump's policies across the entire nation" has concluded, referencing a 6-3 Supreme Court opinion. Bondi stated that the District Court lacked the authority to issue nationwide or universal injunctions, which she claimed had previously given relief to "everyone in the world" instead of only the parties before the court. She emphasized that these injunctions had blocked a wide range of President Trump's policies, from tariffs and military readiness to immigration and foreign affairs. "There are 94 federal judicial districts," Bondi explained, "and 35 out of the 40 opinions with nationwide injunctions came from five liberal districts in this country. No longer." She further noted that these injunctions had allowed district court judges to act as "emperors," effectively vetoing the President's power. In addition to the Supreme Court rulings, Bondi highlighted recent successes in immigration enforcement, reporting 2,711 arrests of terrorists and gang members by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). She extended gratitude to Stephen Miller, Homeland Security, the FBI, and the Office of White House Counsel for their collaborative efforts. Bondi concluded by reaffirming that the President's executive authority to fight for the American people will prevail.
