A devastating Air India plane crash occurred in India yesterday, killing nearly all 242 people on board. The flight, traveling from Ahmedabad to London, crashed shortly after takeoff. However, in a remarkable turn of events, one passenger, a 40-year-old British citizen named Vishwash Kumar, survived the accident with only minor injuries. "It all happened so fast," Kumar reportedly stated, describing hearing an explosion and seeing bodies around him. Among the passengers were 169 Indian citizens, 53 British citizens, seven Portuguese citizens, and one Canadian citizen. Authorities are currently conducting rescue operations and DNA testing to identify the victims. Many bodies were severely burned, making identification challenging. While the tragedy is immense, Kumar's survival offers a glimmer of hope amidst the devastation.
