Kazakhstan Launches Free Digital Literacy Courses for Women and Youth Kazakhstan is taking steps to improve digital and financial literacy among its women and youth. The government has launched free online courses, Aqyl Tech and IT-Aiel, designed to equip participants with essential skills for the modern digital age. The program covers a wide range of topics, from basic financial planning and cybersecurity to the use of artificial intelligence tools. Participants will learn practical skills like creating chatbots and working with neural networks. "We set an ambitious goal," says Aizada Shukenova, chairwoman of NGO Technowomen, "that after completing our programs, over 65% of participants will improve their economic indicators." The initiative aims to train more than 10,000 people and 100 trainers to work in regional areas. This project is a positive step towards empowering citizens and fostering economic growth in Kazakhstan.
