Budapest, Hungary – In a recent social media post, Szentkirályi Alexandra, President of Fidesz in Budapest, extended her congratulations to Nyerges Csenge following her debate with opposition figure Magyar Péter in Zala County. The conversation, shared on TikTok, highlighted Csenge's perceived strength and composure in the face of what Alexandra described as Magyar Péter's aggressive and impolite questioning. Alexandra commended Csenge for bravely addressing important issues, noting that Magyar Péter appeared unsettled by the direct inquiries. "He didn't seem accustomed to being genuinely questioned on certain topics," Alexandra remarked. She further commented on Magyar Péter's attempts to use informal language despite Csenge's request for mutual respect. Csenge shared her experience, stating that while the audience largely supported Magyar Péter, she felt a significant boost knowing her right-wing community was with her in spirit. "It gave me great strength personally to know that even if physically my community wasn't behind me, spiritually they were there, cheering me on," Csenge explained. She added that a politician should be able to handle such questioning. The discussion also touched upon the controversial recording of Magyar Péter's wife, Varga Judit. Alexandra expressed that the majority deeply condemns Magyar Péter's act of recording his wife. Csenge confirmed that the woman who defended Magyar Péter regarding the recording was not a local, suggesting she might have been a "planted" individual. Alexandra concluded by affirming support for Csenge, stating, "We are with you, Csenge. Thank you for your brave stand. The sober majority does not appreciate this kind of aggressive, rude style that Magyar Péter represents, nor the act of recording his wife."
