Local Builder Showcases New Residential Complex in Ukraine

Fine Flats nearing completion in Ukraine. A new residential complex, Fine Flats, is nearing completion in Ukraine. The building features spacious rental units with 20cm styrofoam insulation and 4-meter high ceilings, according to a video tour by local builder Dzjubak Alex. "The building is large, 220 square meters, and the height is 4 meters," Alex explains in the video. The project demonstrates ongoing construction activity in the region despite current challenges. The completed building is expected to provide much needed rental housing.
