Esta abogada no piensa pagar la multa de un radar y recurre a un vacío legal: “…
Cuando un radar no está operado por un agente, tiene que haber dos fotos y una no puede ser un zoom de la otra.
Madrid, Spain – A recent online video by lawyer Almira Legal has shed light on a little-known legal loophole that could help motorists contest certain traffic fines. According to Legal, fines issued by automated speed radars in Spain that are not operated by a human agent must include two distinct photographs to be considered valid. Legal, who shared her own experience of receiving a fine, states that if a fine contains only one photograph, or if one photo is merely a zoomed-in version of another, it may be in violation of current regulations. "When a radar is not operated by an agent, there must be two photos, and one cannot simply be a zoom of the other. That goes against current regulations," she explained in the video. She advises drivers who receive such fines to carefully examine the photographic evidence provided. If the requirement for two distinct photos is not met, Legal suggests that the fine can be successfully appealed. This information could be particularly relevant for drivers seeking to challenge what they believe are unfairly issued penalties.
