"The aircraft had all its maintenance up-to-date and did not present any reported technical failures," he stated. The investigation is ongoing to determine whether the crash was due to mechanical failure or human error. The pilot's qualifications were confirmed, highlighting the unexpected nature of the incident. The FAP is conducting a technical investigation, and the results will be released in a report to the First Penal Prosecutor's Office of Pisco.
