Mala Uholka, Ukraine – A recent video highlights a remarkable natural wonder, the Karst Bridge, located within the Carpathian Biosphere Reserve in Ukraine's Zakarpattia region. This natural limestone formation, estimated to be approximately 15 million years old, was created when the Carpathian Mountains were still submerged beneath an ancient sea. The journey to the Karst Bridge begins near the Ugolsky forestry office, passing by a historic hunting lodge, now a school, which serves as a key landmark. The path itself winds through one of Europe's largest and oldest beech forests, a site recognized on UNESCO's World Heritage list. Along the route, visitors can also discover the Friendship Cave, noted as the largest cave in the Ukrainian Carpathians. The hike, described as challenging but rewarding, offers a unique opportunity to experience the region's rich geological history and stunning natural beauty.
