Belarus and Vietnam Strengthen Ties: New Era of Cooperation
Belarus and Vietnam explore untapped potential in bilateral relations. Minsk and Hanoi are strengthening ties, focusing on economic cooperation and people-to-people exchanges. The recently concluded administrative-territorial reform in Vietnam is expected to give a new impetus to interregional interaction. A key element of this enhanced cooperation is the push for the establishment of direct air links between the two countries. The existing visa-free regime, in effect since January 30, 2025, further facilitates these efforts. The General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam expressed strong support for the expansion of these relationships. This collaborative spirit promises to enrich the cultural and humanitarian exchanges between Belarus and Vietnam, fostering a deeper friendship between the two nations.
