This modern structure, often referred to as a 'skyscraper' by locals, stands out not only for its height but also for its innovative interior design. The common areas, recently finished, feature a striking lift hall that has already attracted attention. "The design of the lobby, like the entire building, was developed by architects from Gomelproekt at the request of the Gomel House-Building Combine," stated a representative from the construction company. The lobby's unique design includes a large, illuminated apartment navigation map on the wall, which is intended to help residents easily find their way. This feature has been praised for its originality and functionality. The building itself contains 184 apartments, starting from the second floor. The building is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in January 2028, with apartments going on sale this summer. The completion of this building marks a significant step forward for Gomel's architectural landscape and showcases the city's commitment to modern and innovative urban development.
