
PM Announces Major Funding for Lumut Naval Base Upgrades
The Malaysian Prime Minister recently visited the Lumut Royal Malaysian Navy (TLDM) base to announce significant funding for infrastructure upgrades. This allocation includes RM100 million for a high-voltage power system upgrade, aimed at improving the base's reliability and efficiency. In addition, funding is allocated to modernize the operational jetty, ensuring smoother and safer operations. The Prime Minister's visit underscored the government's commitment to the welfare of TLDM personnel. Further improvements are also planned for the ATM Hospital in Lumut.
