Romanian Government Program: Was it Partially Drafted by Artificial Intelligence?
Bucharest, Romania – A recent video by online personality BobbyD Cenzurat has sparked discussion after he claimed a draft of the "PROGRAM DE GUVERNARE PSD-PNL-USR-UDMR-GRUPUL PARLAMENTAR AL MINORITĂȚILOR NAȚIONALE DIN CAMERA DEPUTAȚILOR 2025-2028" was partially written using artificial intelligence. In his video, BobbyD Cenzurat showed a screenshot of the alleged government program document and a subsequent analysis from an AI detection tool. The tool's conclusion, displayed in the video, suggested that the document was "very likely partially written with AI, as an initial drafting instrument," noting that its "formal structure and language suggest the use of a text generation model." However, the analysis also indicated that "specific, localized details and complexity point to significant human intervention to personalize the content, add concrete data, and ensure alignment with the political and economic context of Romania in 2025." The video raises questions about transparency in government document creation and the role of AI in public policy. Further investigation would be needed to verify the claims and understand the full extent of AI's involvement in the drafting process.
