Bolivia to Receive 100 Million Liters of Fuel
Bolivia Awaits Fuel Delivery: 100 Million Liters Expected in Arica Bolivia is expecting a significant fuel delivery to alleviate supply concerns. Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB) announced that between June 6th and 9th, approximately 100 million liters of gasoline and diesel will be unloaded at the Arica port terminal in Chile. This additional fuel is arriving on three ships: the Michel, Skyrider, and Propetrel. Marcos Durán, Director of Commercialization and Importation of Hydrocarbons at YPFB, stated in a press conference that this additional fuel is part of a plan to address current supply issues. "This window is open due to the current climatological conditions," Durán explained. The additional 100 million liters are on top of the 75.7 million liters already in transit. This delivery is crucial for maintaining fuel supplies across the country. The successful unloading of this substantial fuel shipment will ensure the continued supply of essential resources to the Bolivian market and contribute to economic stability.
