According to a detailed simulation, a credit of 1,439,690.32 pesos from Infonavit would incur an annual interest rate of 10.45%. The simulation indicates that borrowers would face monthly retentions of approximately 14,577.62 pesos. Over the loan's term of 159 months, equivalent to 13 years, the total payment made by the individual would amount to roughly 2,273,700 pesos. Additionally, employer contributions, estimated at 3,652.33 pesos per month, would add up to approximately 580,720.47 pesos over the same period. When combined, the total amount paid for the 1.4 million peso credit is projected to be around 2,854,420.47 pesos, underscoring the long-term financial commitment involved in Infonavit housing loans.
