The tenant, who had just returned from a weekend trip, initially noticed a large crack in the ceiling above her toilet. Shortly after, the entire ceiling gave way, sending debris, water, and numerous cockroaches onto the bathroom floor. "Pieces are falling down, and while I'm looking at it, the entire thing busts open and falls down," she recounted in a video shared online.
