GALVESTON, Texas – A local content creator, Carlos Eduardo Espina, recently brought immense joy to a family in Galveston by personally delivering a specialized wheelchair to their young daughter, who lives with a disability. The girl's mother had reached out to Espina, explaining her daughter's need for a wheelchair due to a condition that emerged when she was six months old, leaving her non-verbal.
