Moldovan Election Poll Predicts PAS Landslide Victory Chisinau, Moldova – A new poll conducted by iData suggests a decisive victory for the PAS party in upcoming parliamentary elections in Moldova. The survey, conducted between May 17th and 24th, projects PAS to secure over 39% of the vote, significantly ahead of its rivals. The PSRM party and the "Victorie" political bloc are expected to secure around 16% each, also clearing the electoral threshold. Other smaller parties are also projected to gain representation in parliament. "According to our poll, PAS would obtain just over 39% of the votes," stated Mihai Bologan, director general of iData. "This would be followed by PSRM with 16.5% and the "Victorie" Political Bloc with 16%. The electoral threshold would also be exceeded by the "Alternativa" Bloc and Our Party." The poll, which surveyed 1006 respondents across 293 locations using a combination of CATI and CAPI methods, has a margin of error of +/- 3%. The data was weighted to reflect the demographic makeup of Moldova's population. The results suggest a significant shift in the Moldovan political landscape, with the PAS party poised to dominate the next parliament.
