Prime Minister Dorin Recean emphasized the plan's clarity and detail, stating, "This program is the result of intense work and unprecedented inter-institutional cooperation. We are undertaking these reforms not for Brussels, but for our citizens." The government plans to update the plan annually, beginning in October, incorporating recommendations and benchmarks from annual progress reports. This detailed roadmap signals Moldova's commitment to its EU aspirations and promises significant changes for the country's future.
