Cluj to Get State-of-the-Art Minimally Invasive Surgery Center Cluj-Napoca, Romania – A new, modern minimally invasive surgery center is set to be built in Cluj, Romania, thanks to a 15.5 million euro investment from the European Regional Development Fund. The project, announced at a recent press conference, will transform healthcare in the region. "This project will bring a unique facility to Romania," stated a representative at the press conference, emphasizing the advanced technologies and capabilities of the new center. The center will feature three state-of-the-art operating rooms dedicated to orthopedics, dermatology, general surgery, and gynecology. The existing building will also undergo extensive renovations. The project is expected to take three years to complete, with the new building and renovated facilities offering a comprehensive range of services. The addition of recovery pools for both children and adults is a key feature, alongside separate circuits for children and adults within the ambulatory care unit. This new center represents a significant step forward in healthcare for the Cluj region.
