Three Injured in Taxi Collision Near Ketan Junction A serious traffic accident involving two taxis left three people injured near Ketan Junction in Ghana's Western Region on June 9, 2025. The collision occurred around 3:40 p.m. between Ketan Junction and BU Junction. According to eyewitness accounts, a Toyota Yaris taxi (GW 5994-24), traveling from Sekondi, collided with another taxi (CR 1079-21) attempting to merge onto the main road. An eyewitness stated, "The driver of the second taxi couldn't see because of a trotro blocking his view." The impact caused the second taxi to overturn into a nearby storm drain. All injured were transported to a local hospital. The accident highlights the importance of road safety and visibility at busy junctions.
