Gardeners urged to use toilet paper to grow 1 fruit easily in garden
Toilet paper has many uses outside of your bathroom, particularly in your garden. One expert showed how to use it to grow raspberries easily at home.
Growing your own raspberries at home just got easier, thanks to a simple hack demonstrated in a recent viral video. The method, which requires only a single store-bought raspberry, offers an accessible way for anyone to cultivate their own berry plants. The process begins by extracting seeds from a fresh raspberry. This is achieved by gently rubbing the fruit onto a paper towel, which helps to separate the tiny seeds. Once collected, these seeds are then placed onto a piece of toilet paper, which is folded over to secure them. This seed-laden toilet paper is then carefully placed on top of soil in a small pot. After covering the seeds with a light layer of fresh soil and watering them, the video shows the progression to young raspberry seedlings. According to the creator, once these seedlings reach approximately six inches in length, they are ready to be transplanted outdoors. A single raspberry plant grown this way has the potential to yield hundreds of berries, offering a sustainable and rewarding gardening project for enthusiasts.
