Vigo Creates the Largest Spanish Tortilla Ever!
Vigo, Spain, recently made headlines with its ambitious culinary feat: creating the largest Spanish tortilla ever recorded. The event, organized by the Cerebral Damage Encouragement Association to celebrate their 25th anniversary, involved an impressive 1800 eggs, 200 kilos of potatoes, and 30 liters of oil. The sheer scale of the tortilla required a two-meter diameter pan and a six-meter crane to flip it. "It was a challenge," said one of the organizers, "but seeing the smiles on people's faces made it all worthwhile." The event also featured a charity market and live music, creating a festive atmosphere. The massive tortilla, a testament to Vigo's culinary spirit and the association's dedication, was a resounding success, raising awareness and funds for a worthy cause.
