A Spanish dermatologist recently reviewed Mercadona's new Deliplus Facial Micellar Cleansing Oil, highlighting both its positive aspects and potential drawbacks. "I love facial cleansing oils," stated Dra. Leire Barrutia in her video review. She noted the product's blend of grape seed, sunflower, and eucalyptus oils, along with its gentle surfactants. However, she cautioned against its use by those with sensitive skin due to the presence of limonene, a common fragrance known to cause allergic contact dermatitis. "It's a fragrance very commonly used in cosmetics, but it's one of the perfumes that most produces allergic contact dermatitis," she explained. Despite this caveat, she found the product to be a valuable addition to a double-cleansing routine at a reasonable price.
