Málaga's EMT Expands Electric Fleet with 14 New Buses Málaga, Spain – The city's Empresa Municipal de Transportes (EMT) has significantly boosted its commitment to sustainable public transport with the addition of 14 new electric buses. These state-of-the-art IVECO BUS GX137 ELEC vehicles represent a major step towards a greener future for Málaga's public transportation system. The €12 million (VAT included) investment in 19 new buses, with 37% co-financed by European Union Next Generation funds, signifies the city's dedication to reducing carbon emissions and improving air quality.
