New Mexican Food Range Hits Lidl Shelves in Spain Lidl supermarkets across Spain are now stocking a new range of Mexican-inspired food products under the "El Tequito" brand. The range includes a variety of convenient and ready-to-eat options, perfect for a quick meal or snack. Among the new items are jalapeños with cream cheese, available in red, green, and yellow varieties, priced at €2.49 per container. Also available is a refrigerated chili con carne lasagne (€2.29), Mexican-style tortillas (€3.19), and a selection of cheeses, including a Mexican-style cheddar (€2.99 or €2.49 for Lidl Plus members). For a spicier option, shoppers can find mussels in jalapeño sauce for €3.99. The range is completed by tortilla wraps in six varieties, available for €1.29. "It's a great selection for those who love Mexican food," said a Lidl spokesperson. The new range is currently available for a limited time.
