He cited scientific studies, including research published in JAMA 2021 (7,000 steps reducing mortality), BMJ 2019 (11 minutes activity reducing early risk), and AJE 2018 (regular strength training reducing heart attack and cancer), to support the rule's effectiveness. 'As a cardiologist, I assure you there is no better treatment to reduce cortisol, control chronic stress, and protect your heart,' Dr. Rojas Sánchez stated. He added that benefits extend to improved sleep and increased daily energy. Conversely, he warned that neglecting these activities could lead to severe health issues like heart attacks, angina, or heart failure. The doctor encouraged viewers to share the advice, emphasizing its simplicity and profound impact on health.
