Lady Racista Fined Over 9,000 Pesos for Racist Tirade and Traffic Violations in Mexico City

Mexico City, MX – Ximena Pichel, an Argentine actress and model, widely known as 'Lady Racista' following a viral incident, has been ordered to pay fines totaling 9,051 Mexican pesos. The sanctions stem from a confrontation with a traffic agent in the Condesa neighborhood of Mexico City, where Pichel was recorded verbally assaulting the officer with racist and classist remarks after her vehicle was targeted for immobilization. Despite managing to prevent the placement of a 'spider' device on her car, official records from the Mexico City Secretariat of Administration and Finance indicate three specific infractions. The first fine, amounting to 3,394 pesos, was imposed for verbally assaulting a traffic agent with discriminatory language. An additional fine of 2,262 pesos was issued for not possessing a valid driver's license, and a third fine of 3,394 pesos for failing to have an updated vehicle circulation card. Furthermore, the government's online portal revealed that Pichel's vehicle had accumulated 26 prior traffic violations, predominantly for speeding. All previous fines, however, had been settled.
