According to a police spokesperson, "The operation was successful in removing a significant amount of prohibited items from the prison facility." The raid yielded six cell phones, two chips, two chargers, a router, 145 fans, four televisions, three DVDs, a game console, three sound systems, ten speakers, eight freezers, two iguanas, two small lizards, and a white-winged bird. This successful operation demonstrates the ongoing commitment to improving security and order within Guatemalan prisons.
