
1000 for 1000: Major Prisoner Exchange Concludes Between Russia and Ukraine
A major prisoner exchange between Russia and Ukraine has been completed, involving 1000 prisoners from each side. The exchange, which was carried out in three stages, marks the largest such exchange since the beginning of the conflict. The Russian Defense Ministry confirmed the exchange, stating that the prisoners were released in accordance with an agreement reached in Istanbul on May 16.
