In Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná, Brazil, a veterinarian named Giovana Nantes Giacomini has endured five years of relentless harassment from her 76-year-old neighbor, José Vicente Tezza. The ordeal began in 2020 when Giacomini purchased a house and established a veterinary clinic.
