Police confirmed the identification this Tuesday. The discovery was made by a construction worker in a hole near a construction site within the karting section of the complex. The area is fully fenced off, according to the city of São Paulo. Santos Junior's wife reported him missing after he failed to return home following a motorcycle event at the racetrack. "His last message to me was at 7:48 pm. He said he would be home around 9:30 pm, but he was going to a musical show," she told our colleague André Graça.
