Oleiros, Galicia, Spain: Workshops Promote Sustainable Agriculture A new initiative in Oleiros, Galicia, is empowering residents to embrace sustainable and ecological farming practices. Organized by Sacha's Rua de Ribeira and Amigas da Terra, the workshops provide hands-on training in ecological cultivation techniques. "Basically, it's about maintaining the flora and fauna around us," explains Lucia Ferreira, a farmer and instructor involved in the project. "It's a collaborative effort to keep pests under control."
