Footage from the G24 Noticias video shows heavy rain and frequent lightning strikes. In the Rosal area, hail fell heavily, causing damage to property. One resident, speaking anonymously, described finding "a significant amount of hail" in his garage, adding, "It was enough to cause some damage to the floor". Meteogalicia, the Galician meteorological agency, recorded approximately 820 lightning strikes to ground during the storm. While no major incidents were reported, the storm served as a reminder of the region's vulnerability to sudden and severe weather events. Despite the localized damage, the storm passed without major incidents, highlighting the preparedness and resilience of the Galician communities.
