Murder of 16-Year-Old Girl Rocks Kazakh Village: Investigation Underway

A 16-year-old girl was found dead in Torkul, a village in the Turkestan region of Kazakhstan. Her body was discovered near a kindergarten the day after she left home to work in her family's store.
