
Belarus and Russia Showcase Agricultural Strength at Belagro 2025
MINSK, BELARUS – The Belagro 2025 agricultural exhibition, held in Minsk from June 3rd to 7th, showcased remarkable cooperation between Belarus and Russia in the agricultural sector. Over 500 companies from 14 countries participated, demonstrating the latest advancements in agricultural technology. A key highlight was the unveiling of the Belarus 5425 tractor by Minsk Tractor Works, boasting over 500 horsepower. "The exhibition underscores the strong partnership between Belarus and Russia in ensuring food security," stated Stanislav Yaskievich, an expert featured in a video about the event. The participation of numerous countries, especially those within the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, further highlighted the global importance of this collaboration. The exhibition's success underlines the significant role Belarusian agricultural machinery plays in Russian agriculture, with a market share exceeding 60%. Belagro 2025 serves as a testament to the growing synergy between nations in addressing global food security challenges.
