(I just set aside the key. I didn't intend to sell it.) The tricycle driver who witnessed the event reported the incident to authorities. Police are investigating the case further. The recovered scooter, valued at 25,000 pesos, is now evidence in the ongoing investigation. The suspects face charges under Republic Act No. 10883, the New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016.
