Nikola Tsolov Reflects on Austrian Grand Prix Performance Following his recent race in Austria, Bulgarian Formula 3 driver Nikola Tsolov shared his thoughts on the challenges and successes encountered on the track. In an exclusive interview, Tsolov detailed the complexities of managing his vehicle, particularly highlighting issues with tire preservation and braking efficiency during high-speed turns. "Overall, the car was good, but there are things we need to work on," Tsolov stated. "It felt like we couldn't preserve the rear tires as well as I would have liked, and that made the race a bit more complicated for me, especially in the fast corners." Despite these hurdles, Tsolov noted that the slower corners presented fewer difficulties. "In the slow corners, it was super, so there was even a lot of 'graining,' as they say," he explained, adding, "At the end of the straight, the steering wheel was vibrating a lot, and you didn't know if the brakes would work or not." Reflecting on the overall experience, Tsolov concluded, "It was fun, even though I was alone. And I think it's a good start to the second part of the season." His remarks underscore the demanding nature of Formula 3 racing and his determination to improve as the season progresses.
