Grodno and Krasnoyarsk Strengthen Ties with New Cooperation Memorandum Grodno, Belarus and Krasnoyarsk, Russia, have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at boosting trade and social connections between the two cities. The agreement, signed in Minsk on May 20, 2025, follows a significant increase in exports from Grodno to Krasnoyarsk in 2024. According to the video, these exports saw a remarkable 1.8 times increase compared to 2023, reaching a total of $5.6 million. The memorandum is expected to further enhance these economic ties and foster stronger social relations between the two cities. "This cooperation will help expand foreign trade and social connections between our cities," stated a representative involved in the signing ceremony.
