In a video shared online, the tourist, identified as 'harleyjxo', showcases the small brown chair, stating, 'Imagine paying £4000 for a holiday for a family of 4 for them to expect a 11 year old child to sleep on a CHAIR.' The author further elaborated in a caption, describing numerous issues encountered within less than 24 hours of arrival and advising others to 'DO NOT BOOK' the hotel. The post also mentioned another family at the reception whose child was reportedly crying due to discomfort from sleeping arrangements.
