A woman has come forward to share an alarming experience at a Wendy's drive-thru located at 11801 Albemarle Rd, Mint Hill, NC. According to her account, after pulling up to the speaker, she was met with an automated message, followed by silence. When she attempted to initiate her order, an employee allegedly interjected, stating, "Give me a minute, okay?" The customer waited, and when the employee returned, she was informed, "We are out of lettuce sandwiches." Seeking clarification, the customer was then reportedly told by the employee to "get the hell out of my line." Disturbed by the interaction, the woman went inside the establishment to request the manager's name, who identified herself as Misty. The incident has sparked discussion online regarding customer service standards.
