He highlighted that in previous years, this intense schedule has posed significant challenges for teams. Sopić also expressed disappointment regarding the long-standing practice of Croatian clubs strengthening their rosters after European competitions, rather than before. "It's a regrettable old formula we've been practicing for years that hasn't brought us success," Sopić stated, suggesting that those responsible within the clubs should address this issue.
