The incident, captured on video, shows Szabó confronting Lázár on a street, accusing him of disrespecting the memory of a deceased individual named Szabó Zsolt. Szabó also questioned Lázár regarding the alleged use of public funds for transporting his child. During the exchange, Szabó directly addressed Lázár, stating, "Minister, leave Szabó Zsolt's memory alone now. That's all I ask, that you leave Szabó Zsolt's memory alone."
