Miriam, an ITLOGWARE employee, shared that she sets her alarm for 6:30 AM but typically rises at 7:00 AM. Another colleague, Christin, sets her alarm for 7:10 AM, yet often gets up at 7:15 AM. Jasmin, who sets her alarm for 6:00 AM, reported waking up around 6:05 or 6:07 AM, while Marion, setting her alarm for 6:00 AM, indicated her actual wake-up time falls between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. The company's social media post accompanying the video highlighted their flexible working hours, stating, "Let's just say: some of us at ITLOGWARE are not passionate early risers.
